For each friend or family member that completes a Petplan application either online or over the phone and references your policy number we will send you a $25 gift card. Please remember that we only know that the recommendation has come from you if your Policy Number is quoted

There are 2 ways to Spread the Love

Option 2 Step 1 Download the "I Love Petplan" Referral Form.   Step 2 Fill in your Policy number in the space provided.   Step 3 Give your friend or family member the coupon - remember to ask them to quote your policy number when they call.   Step 4 Sit back and think about how you are going to spoil your pet with your free $25 gift card.
