About us

Meet the pets (and people) of Fetch.

From top veterinarians to shelter partners to members, the Fetch community is dedicated to helping pets live longer, healthier lives. That’s why Fetch offers the most comprehensive pet insurance in the U.S. and Canada. It’s also why we develop groundbreaking tools to protect pet health, including the Fetch Health Forecast, and support life-saving animal adoption shelters and Project Street Vet.

We don’t play favorites, but we will say that office dogs and cats tend to be our most popular coworkers.

Our culture is one that celebrates education. So in addition to our Educational Assistance Program to help cover the cost of courses that interest team members, we also offer a Career Advancement Program to help team members find where their talents meet their passions within the company.

Happy hours are a time to celebrate new hires, big launches, or uh, just Thursdays. And holiday celebrations are a given. But we like to shake it up with trivia nights, paint parties and even some terrarium therapy (hey, don’t knock it until you try it!).

Team members are able to earn PTO by participating in social justice events (like peaceful protests) and animal welfare events (like our annual animal charity tournament). We also have a speaker series where we partner with changemakers who have shaped many of our cultural foundations in order to educate and inspire our team.

Pet not required.

(But a passion for pets sure helps)

So if you can’t pass a dog without wanting to pet them and love nothing more than watching a cat find the sunny spot in the room, you’ll be in good company here.
