By uploading this photograph or photographs, you agree that your submission of the photograph(s) is governed by these terms and conditions of Fetch Insurance Services ("Petplan USA") which can be found below. The photo can include individuals but must include at least one pet.

In addition you agree to the following without limitation:

• I confirm that my photo is of a pet.
• I certify and acknowledge that I own the photograph(s) or have the right (permission) to permit Petplan USA to use, edit or publish and otherwise exploit it without obligation or liability to any other third party;
• I agree that my photo or photos will not be unlawful, offensive, obscene, threatening, harassing, or abusive, or that the photo(s) violate any right of any other third party;
• I grant Petplan USA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right and license to reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, print, display, distribute, sell, license, publicly perform, prepare derivative works based upon, and otherwise use or exploit my submissions throughout the world in any and all media;
• I irrevocably grant permission to Petplan USA to use the photograph(s) (and the images and content therein), in whole or in part, on its websites and in print and electronic or any other media now or hereafter known (including catalogs and advertising), and to edit, combine with other material and make derivative works of same, in whole or in part, without notifying me and without obligation to you;
• I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the final display or other exploitation of the photograph now or in the future, whether that use is known to you or unknown, and to any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph;
• I represent and warrant that if any minors appear in the photograph or photographs, I am the mother, father or duly appointed guardian of such child(ren) or have the irrevocable permission of the parents or duly appointed guardian(s) of such child(ren) to grant the rights set forth herein to Petplan USA on behalf of such minor(s) and will indemnify Petplan USA in the event of this representation proving to be false or misleading in any respect;
• I grant permission for Petplan USA to contact me with other information about the company and its offerings;
• I am of the age of majority in my country of residence (which is typically 18 years of age) and competent to contract in my own name.
