Amanda Jones
The country’s leading pet photographer, Amanda Jones began her photography career in 1992 after graduating with a degree in Cinema and Photography from Ithaca College. In 1994, Amanda began photographing dogs after her best friend brought home Ruby, a yellow Labrador Retriever puppy. Ruby was Amanda's first model and inspiration for pursuing a career working with dogs. Amanda has been photographing dogs and cats for clients across the United States ever since. Today, Amada's images grace greeting cards, posters, calendars and books. This past year Amanda photographed over a dozen of Petplan’s four legged clients alongside their two legged parents. These photos can be seen gracing the 2009 Petplan calendar as well as the pages of Fetch! magazine.
