How do I submit a claim?

Submitting a new claim is easy with our friendly chatbot, Leo. If you’re using our mobile app, you can start chatting with Leo by tapping his icon.

To submit a new claim, you will need an invoice from your vet. If we need any additional documentation, such as updated medical records, etc. to process your claim, we will reach out to you.
