Primary Responsibilities

The customer service manager is responsible for working closely with all members of call center management to lead a successful customer-focused team and develop innovative procedures and processes to improve department workflow and communication for a 24/7 363 call center operation.

  • Coach, mentor and provide training to enhance customer satisfaction rates
  • Recruit, interview, select, train and retain representatives to fill available roles within call center
  • Manage team performance through KPI tracking, monthly one on ones, biannual performance reviews, feedback and communication; Identify and resolve personnel issues within team
  • Manage scheduling and assist Sr. Manager with reporting, analytics and process improvement as needed

Petplan is looking for experienced veterinary professionals who are looking to put their knowledge and skills to use as a Claims Adjuster.

Our Claims Team is a group of passionate pet health experts who review medical records, lab results, invoices and claims forms in order to make claims decisions. Critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail are essential to this role, as well as the ability to work independently and a strong desire to continue learning about veterinary medicine. Claims Adjusters put their clinical knowledge into practice to help companion animals outside of a hospital setting. Extensive knowledge of disease processes and treatments is required. Excellent computer skills – including proficiency with MS Office – is a must. Claims Adjusters receive continuing education from Petplan's veterinary staff, and enjoy a supportive environment as part of the Claims Team.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Strategy & Marketing Analytics, the Web Optimization Analyst will play a pivotal role in being responsible for updating and analyzing critical reporting to improve the user experience, consumer traffic and ultimately increase revenue. Are you up to the challenge?
